The Maryland and Pennsylvania Railroad Preservation Society invites you to experience A Journey in Time .


       Train crews

This will give you an opportunity to explore our village, ride the rails of the famous Ma & Pa Railroad, and discover what life was like in the early 1900s at our OPEN HOUSE in Muddy Creek Forks Village, Saturday, September 24th from 10 AM to 5 PM.

Take Motorcar Train Rides, Engage Costumed Interpreters in Lively Discussions, Explore Ma & Pa Locomotive No. 82 and Caboose No. 2007.



       The mill

Tour the General Store and Railroad Station built in 1899, the Historic Roller Mill and Grain Elevator.

View Railroad and Village Exhibits and Equipment and watch Track Working Demonstrations.
